What Is Spiritual Coaching?

About Me
It’s no accident that I married a man named “Shepherd.” I have always had a flock of some kind. From the pile of stuffed animals carefully arranged as a child to the four bundles of joy I am now attempting to raise to adulthood, nurturing others is what I do.
For over 20 years, I have been nurturing within the context of the church as well. Eleven of those years were spent in Istanbul, Turkey–my heart’s hometown–and the rest scattered around my home state of Arkansas. It was in those contexts, full of immense joy and intense grief, that I learned just how much I needed Christ to not just be my Savior, but also my Good Shepherd.
